Getting started

Sign in and Atlas walks you through a one-minute setup (business name and niche), then a guided tour of every feature — the app navigates itself while a card explains each screen. Skip it or replay it whenever; nothing is locked behind it.

  1. Add your first inventory items (or import a CSV of your whole catalog — see Inventory below).
  2. Connect your marketplaces in Channel Sync, or start logging sales manually from Inventory.
  3. Turn on the Daily Digest in Settings so tomorrow starts with a brief instead of a scramble.

Dashboard & search

Home screen

Your command center: KPIs, urgent alerts (overdue invoices, low stock, aging unlisted items, orders to ship), and a daily briefing. Every alert is clickable and jumps to the tool that fixes it.

Fastest way around: press Ctrl/Cmd + K anywhere to search items, customers, invoices, and screens in one box.

Atlas AI assistant

Atlas tab

Ask questions about your own business in plain English — "what sold best last month," "which channel nets me the most after fees," "draft a message to a repeat customer." Atlas reads your live workspace numbers, so answers are specific to you.

Sourcing & Sourcing Mode

Operations → Sourcing

The Sourcing Pipeline tracks leads, vendors, and deals from "heard about it" to "received." For live buying decisions, hit ⚡ Sourcing Mode:

  1. Type what the item is, the asking price, and what you believe it resells for.
  2. Pick the channel you'd sell it on — Atlas applies your fee rates and shows estimated fees, net profit, and ROI instantly.
  3. Tap BUY to drop it straight into Inventory (starting in the Listing Pipeline) or PASS to log the decision and move on.
Honest numbers: the resale figure is your estimate — check sold comps on the marketplace before trusting a big one. Estimates are always marked with ≈.

Inventory

Operations → Inventory

Every item with photo, SKU, category, quantity, cost, list price, channel, and reorder minimum. Click any field to edit in place. Add items one at a time, paste a list, or import a CSV of your whole catalog (Atlas auto-maps your columns). Print barcodes per item for shelf or bin labels.

Mark items sold right from the row — quantity, total sale price, buyer, and optionally exact fees and shipping cost so your profit numbers are real, not estimated.

Listing Pipeline (kill the death pile)

Operations → Listing Pipeline

Unlisted inventory is capital going nowhere. Every item carries a stage — Acquired → Photographed → Drafted → Listed — and this view shows what's stuck, what it's worth at cost, and how long it's been sitting. Items age amber at 14 days, rust at 30, and the dashboard warns you when money is rotting.

Ship Today

Operations → Ship Today

One queue of everything that needs to go out: synced marketplace sales plus your own pending orders, oldest first, 2+ day orders flagged overdue. Tap Shipped ✓ as you pack — for synced sales the whole team sees it update live. Print a pick list for the packing table or export CSV for a VA.

Note: marking shipped in Atlas tracks your workflow — it doesn't push tracking to the marketplace. Buy/print the label there as usual.

Pending & Purchase Orders

Operations → Pending Orders / Purchase Orders

Pending Orders tracks sales you're fulfilling manually — customs, holds, in-person deals — from processing to shipped. Unshipped ones appear in Ship Today automatically.

Purchase Orders is the other direction: order from a vendor, receive the PO, and stock flows into Inventory at cost — landing in the Listing Pipeline so it gets photographed and listed instead of forgotten.

Sold Items & real profit

Operations → Sold Items

Your sales ledger. Each line carries sale price, item cost, marketplace fees, and shipping — so the profit shown is take-home, not price-minus-cost. Fees you haven't entered are estimated from your channel rates and marked ≈; type the exact fee on any row (even old ones) and the estimate is replaced.

Channel Sync

Operations → Channel Sync

Three ways sales flow in, all landing in one live feed:

Each synced sale gets reconciled once: Atlas suggests the matching inventory item (by SKU or title) for one-tap matching, or open the picker to choose. Matching records the sale and decrements stock. Non-inventory sales can be recorded standalone; junk can be ignored, and workspace admins can delete bad rows.

Profit & Loss

Finance → Profit & Loss

The real number: revenue − cost of goods − fees − shipping − operating expenses, by period and by channel, plus dead capital — the cost value of stock still on shelves. Anything involving an estimated fee is marked ≈ everywhere it appears.

Invoices, Billing & Balance Sheet

Finance

Invoices: money owed to you — outstanding vs. collected, overdue flagged. Billing: money you owe — vendor bills, platform charges, and every business expense, each with a category (supplies, storage, software, mileage…) that feeds your P&L bottom line. Balance Sheet: a live snapshot of cash, inventory at cost, receivables, and payables.

Customers & marketing

Marketing

Customer Center tracks every buyer with spend history — repeat customers are your cheapest revenue. Connected Platforms keeps selling and social profiles in one place, and Content Calendar plans your posts.

Daily Digest email

Settings → Daily Digest

One email each morning: overnight sales by channel, what needs shipping (and what's overdue), month-to-date revenue and net, listing-pipeline status, and low-stock alerts. Pick your send time and timezone, and use "Send me a test brief now" to see it immediately. Each teammate controls their own; it goes to your account email.

Team, roles & history

Settings / Timeline

Invite teammates with roles — admins manage everything, members work the day-to-day, viewers see without touching. The Timeline and Activity Log record everything that happens, and most deletions can be restored with one click.
